Ingredients

    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, sliced
    1/2 cup, thawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 tablespoons Kretschmer Wheat Germ


Directions

Cut strawberries in half and slice banana.
Add fruit to your blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately
