Ingredients

    1.0 block Tofu, firm
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1.0 tsp Lawry''s seasoned salt
    4.0 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula (1/4-1/3 cup)

Directions

Freeze tofu, then drain and press 30-45 min. Cut into four slabs and divide each into four pieces. Put on foiled baking sheet. Drizzle oil on all sides. Bake at 350 F for half hour. Cool for at least ten minutes then transfer and sprinkle on soy sauce and toss. Then add salt and yeast.
