    1 lb beef
    1 stalk of broccoli
    1 c onion diced
    1 c bell pepper diced
    2 tbs soy sauce
    bag of frozen stir fry veggies
    2 c cooked instant brown rice


brown beef in separate pan then veggies
cook veggies on high heat
add beef to veggies when both are done and cook until both are heated through
serve atop the rice

makes 4 servings = 1/4 of veggie and beef mixture with 1/2 c of the cooked rice
