Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    6 ears Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn,
    .5 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Dry Mustard
    .25 tsp Turmeric, ground
    4 tbspRed wine vinegar
    2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

Cook Corn in Boiling water about 5 minutes.

Cool and cut from cob, add to large bowl.

Add Remaining ingredients.

Mix well, and refrigerate several hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1/2 cup servings
