    Bag of frozen berries (black, rasp, blue, and straw)
    Vanilla Soy Milk
    Pure vanilla extract
    Vanilla Whey Protein (I use Designer Whey)
    Welch's100% Grape Juice

    Makes one 14 oz cup


Take 1 cup of frozen Berries and sit them on the counter for a few minutes
~Add 1/2 cup of ice to Blender until crushed completely
~Add 1 cup of Berries and blend until smooth
~Add 1/4 cup of Soy Milk
Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Add1 tablespoon of whey protein
Add three packets of Splenda
Blend all
