A great dessert for those Summer blueberries! A great dessert for those Summer blueberries!

    2.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 1/2 regular tubs Light Whipped Topping
    8 Honey Maid Honey Grahams crackers
    2 cups 2% Milk
    8.0 oz cream cheese 1/3 Less Fat, softened
    1 box Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding mix


Line a 13x9 pan with a layer of the 8 grahams, breaking them if needed to make them fit. Mix the softened cream cheese with 1 1/4 cup whipped topping, then fold in 1 1/2 cups blueberries. Spread on top of cracker layer. Mix 2 cups cold milk with pudding mix as directed on package. Crush or blend the remaining cup of blueberries and add to pudding. Spread pudding on top of cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until well set. Spread remaining whipped topping on top and serve. Serving Size: 16
