1/2 Cucumber (peeled)
1 cup Kale
1 Banana, fresh
1 cup Organic baby carrots
2 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
6 oz Tillamook lowfat Marionberry Yogurt (1 yogurt cup)
6 oz Tillamook Lowfat Raspberry yogurt (1 yogurt cup)
4 Brazil nuts
6 Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds
4 tbsp Flax Seed
4 tbsp Ovaltine, chocolate malt flavor
4 tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ
4 cups of ice

Serve fresh to the family or freeze in single serving packs after blending for a quick easy healthier snack later on.
