Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
    4 cup Spinach, fresh, chopped
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup sweet roasted red bell pepper, chopped
    6 cup zucchini squash made into noodles (with a veggeti)
    3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 15 oz jars Bertolli Reduced Fat Alfredo Sauce

Directions

Heat Alfredo sauce, lemon juice, chopped pepper and cooked chicken until warmed through. Add chopped spinach to sauce and continue to heat until spinach wilts. Reduce heat to very low. Saute zucchini noodles in 1 tsp oil until warm (approximately 1 minute). Serve 1 cup zucchini noodles with 1/2 cup Alfredo chicken spinach sauce. Grate 1/2 tbsp Parmesan over dish.
