Ingredients

    12 oz Food Club Light Lemon Yogurt
    1 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    1 fruit without seeds Lemons
    11 oz Equate Ultra weight Loss Shake Starwberry
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Kale

Tips

Whenjoy I freeze my greens for my smoothie packs I mix them in my nutri ninja and pour them into a cupcake tin to freeze. Then I toss them I a smoothie pack. If you do this add a little water or coconut water. If your like me and hate coconut it doesn't take much very little just to get it going. Plus, after your smoothie is mixed you can't even taste it or the greens.


Directions

Freeze all ingredients except for the yogurt and shake.
When ready to make combine all ingredients in blender.
I split mine between two of the Nutri Ninja single serve cups. I believe they are 24oz each.
