Introduction

Ingredients

    4 tbsp HEB Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread
    13.8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    4 serving Bar S Bacon

Tips

For less calories, use turkey bacon


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Butterfly Chicken Breast Half
Place 2 Tbsp. cream cheese in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half. Fold the chicken over the cream cheese, wrap with a 2 slices of bacon, and secure with toothpicks. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle each with garlic powder & Onion Powder.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
