Ingredients

12 oz Simple Truth Free Range Chicken Organic Boneless Skinless Breast w/Rib Meat
.50 cup Kroger fat free organic chicken broth
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
.50 tsp Thyme, ground
Tips
This shredded chicken can be used for enchiledas, tacos, pizzas, wraps, pitas, salads and just about anything that you can think of.
This chicken is also freezer friendly, so freeze the portions that you will not need to use.
Directions
1. Rinse Chicken and place in crockpot.
2. Add all of the ingredients in crockpot with chicken and place on low for 3 1/2 hours.
3. Once chicken is done, shred the chicken with a fork.
4. Place the shredded chicken back in the crockpot for 5-15 minutes on warm.
5. Remove from crockpot and serve!
