Introduction

when I make these they make the best hamburger around. I also will freeze the unused dough in ball shape and only thaw what I need for the dinner. That way the are the freshest for dinner. Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. Butter Softened
    3/4 cup lukewarm milk
    1/4cup + 1 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1/4 cup dried potato flakes
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. instant yeast

Directions

In a mixing bowl add water, milk, sugar and yeast. Let set, till yeast is dissolved and starts to bubble. Add potato flakes and 1 cup of flour. Mix together add salt and remaining flour. Set and let raise till doubled in size. Punch down and divied it up to 8 balls. Place them on baking sheet and let raise again for 1 to 2 hours, or desired size. Bake at 350F for 15-20 mins. Watch carefully remove from oven when they are golden brown on top. Serve warm or cooled.
