Ingredients

    * Broccoli, 1 small stalk chopped into manageable pieces
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped large slices
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    * Zucchini, quartered and chopped, one whole small zucchini = 1.25 cups
    place all of these veggies in a steam fresh pouch and steam 5 min,
    place steamed veggies in a bowl and apply dressing , pecans and feta


    * Avocados, Florida, half an avocado cut into chunks = .333 cup,
    * Pecans, .0625 cup, chopped = 1 T.
    * Fat Free Crumbled Feta (California Tomato & Basil), 1 T.
    * Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 2 tbsp
