Ingredients

    11.0 oz Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake
    5.3 oz Yoplait Greek 100 Banana Caramel Yogurt
    5.3 oz Yoplait Greek 100 Banana Caramel Yogurt
    2.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Kale
    3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

Juice greens and freeze. *Add a little water if needed not much just a tad to liquify greens. Chopp bananas and freeze as well. When ready to make smoothie add weight loss shake, yogurt and frozen freggies together in blender and mix. *I use coconut water. If your like me and hate coconuts don't worry you just need a tad and once it's mixed you can't taste it.

Serving Size: Makes 2 24oz smoothies.
