    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 Tbsp tomatoe paste
    1/4 cup white wine
    1/4 cup fish stock (or chicken)
    1 (19oz) can diced tomatoes with liquid
    1 salmon filet (240g)
    12 shrimp
    8 scallops
    3 Tbsp fresh parsley


Heat oil, add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add the tomatoe paste et continue cooking for 2 minutes. Deglaze with wine and add fish stock. Add tomatoes and reduce liquid for about 20min.
Place salmon in liquid and cook 4 minutes. Add shrimp and scallops, simmer 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
