    6 slices whole wheat bread, cut up
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. cream cheese (less fat works great)
    blueberries, frozen


Crumble bread pieces into 9x13 pan, coated with cooking spray. Cut up cream cheese into small chunks and stir cream cheese and blueberries into bread pieces (will be very chunky). Pour eggs over all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve with syrup and powedered sugar (optional.
