    1/2 lb Imitation Crabmeat
    1/2 lb Shrimp, Deveined
    1/2 lb Scallops
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
    1/4 Cup Green Pepper
    1Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream (optional)
    1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
    1 Tbs Light Butter


1. Mix first 10 ingredients together. Put into 1.5 quart (1.5 L) casserole dish.

2. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spread over top. Bake uncovered in 350 F for about 30 minutes.
