Ingredients

    3 medium Summer Squash
    2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    5 serving Kraft Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp serving)
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 oz Lays Potato Chips, Classic
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Sauté onion, garlic and squash in oil. Mix in a greased casserole dish with sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
