Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups canned kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp ground cumin
    3/4 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
    3 tbsp water
    1/4 tsp hot red pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

Use a food processor or even a blender to blend all the ingredients together for about 1 minute or until smooth. Thatís it. It can be served with tortilla chips or pita bread.
If using pita bread, use greek style (less air bubbles), cut them into wedges and bake them for around 3-5 minutes in the oven at 375.
