Ingredients

    1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stew vegetables
    1 cup half and half
    1 tbs flour
    1 pkg chicken gravy mix
    1-1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Wisk together cream, flour, gravy mix, and 1 cup water in slow cooker. Add chicken and vegetables.

Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.

Combine biscuit mix and milk. Drop by tablespoons onto chicken.

Cook on High another 50 to 60 minutes.
