    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 ccups
    *Vermicelli, 6 oz
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 3 medium
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp
    *Bean sprouts, 2 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz


place pasta in boiling water and cook according to directions in package. In the meantime, chop all veggie ingredients. Put canola oil in wok, when hot add veggies, stir several times, add soy sauce, cook for a few minutes. Squeeze juice of lime over veggies. Drain pasta and add to veggie mixture. Serve.
