Introduction

For when you need a treat but need portion control also. I use this to help get my calories up for the week. For when you need a treat but need portion control also. I use this to help get my calories up for the week.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Sorghum Flour
    1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Sweet White Rice Flour
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 pinch Salt
    4 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    1 tbsp Canola Oil

Tips

Substitute half and half for any kind of milk (soy, almond, coconut) for fewer calories.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a mug.

Add wet ingredients to mug. Mix well til it's blended.

Microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.

Let stand for 3 minutes before eating. (if you can wait that long)
