Ingredients

    16 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread with Honey
    4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.55 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix peanut butter and brown sugar together. •do not warm up in the microwave •add oats, baking soda, vanilla extract to mixture and stir. •in another bowl beat egg then add to mixture and mix. • add in any extras and mix. I used chocolate chips. Put on lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 min at 350° F Serving Size: Makes 32 (1/2 tbsp size) cookies
