Ingredients

One envelope (45G) Mrs. Wages No Cook Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin
5 cup Raspberriesfresh or frozen - mashed to equal 4 cups crushed fruit
1.5 tsp Born sweet zing (6 packets)

Tips

This is a no cook freezer jam. "Cook" time is time to sir and jell.

Directions

Rinse and drain raspberries. Measure 4 cups mashed berries. If using frozen berries make sure berries are thoroughly thawed (no ice crystals). Add sweetener and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle freezer jam packet over crushed berries. Mix using a wire whisk for 3 minutes (this is necessary to completely dissolve the pectin). Pour or ladle into jars. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator for 4 weeks or in the freezer for up to one year. After opening treat this like mashed fruit - do not store at room temperature.
