Ingredients

    3 large whole Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced
    1/2 Vidalia onion, medium, diced
    2 tsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro Paste or fresh cilantro
    juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
    1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and diced

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving for best taste.
