    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 tbs butter
    2 tbs oil
    1 tsp lemon pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp garlic powder


Melt butter with oil in skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in spices and add chicken.
Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken is golden brown on both sides and done (165 degrees F). Remove from skillet.
Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
