Ingredients

6 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
0.75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
.66 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
4 cup Spinach, fresh
1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
mix the eggs, bisquick and milk together and any desired seasoning.
Wilt down spinach slightly and chopped and drain tomato.
Layer sausage, veggies, then cheese in a greased 9 inch round cake pan.
Pour egg mixture over top of the cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 mins until golden brown and set.
