Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice
    1 can Great Value reduced sodium black beans , drained and rinsed
    1 can "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn No Salt Added, rinsed
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tsp Cumin
    1 Tbl Chicken Flavor bouillon
    1 cup *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium
    2 cup Water, tap
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add rice and onions. Cook until rice is browned and onion is tender.
Add water, cumin, bouillon powder, black beans, corn and salsa. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook an additional 20 minutes.
Fluff and serve
