Ingredients

    *Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal 2 cups
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 2 cups
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cups
    Milk, nonfat, 1.75 cups
    Vinegar 1/4 c.
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cups
    Raisins, 1.5 cups

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Simmer raisins in 1.5 cups water untill plump. Cool. (This is very important!) Combine vinegar with milk. Add dry ingredients to raisins and water, then add milk.
Stir until combined.
Line 2 loaf pans with waxed paper. Divide batter between the 2 pans. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
