    1/2 small banana, cut into chucks and frozen
    1/4 cup yogurt, any flavor
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tbs juice, any flavor
    1/2 cup, strawberries, halved and frozen
    1 tsp milk


Blend the banana, yogurt, sugar, juice, strawberries, and milk in a blender until smooth. Blend in ice, if desired.

Makes 1 serving.
