Ingredients

    1 slice bacon, fried, then chopped
    1/2 of a 6 ounce Potato, baked
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 Tbsp Milk, 2%
    1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1/2 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped

Tips

At restaurants, I bring half the order home, then weigh it get a better idea of what size potatoes they use.


Directions

Scoop out pulp from potato, and put in mixing bowl
Mix pulp with butter and milk, then stuff back into potato
Layer Bacon, then Cheese on top of pulp
Sprinkle with Green Onion
Bale at 400 degrees for 10 min, or
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
