Introduction

This is a quick way to make a smoothie in the morning or at anytime. This is a quick way to make a smoothie in the morning or at anytime.

Ingredients

    1- Medium sized banana (any normal size will do)

    1/2 Cup of sliced strawberries (I use frozen because its easier)

    1- serving size of Yoplait light strawberry yogurt

    2 oz- juicy juice berry juice ( I use what ever is around)

    1/2 cup- crushed ice (cubed ice works fine too)

Directions

Take a normal blender and add all ingredients. I tend to also add a green tea pill and my multivitamin liquid to the mix but not everyone has that. Blend on lowest setting first. Crushed ice works faster but just any type of ice will blend anyway. Move the speed up one more setting for about 20 seconds or to your disired texture. This recipe makes about half of a normal glass 4-8 oz depending on the size of your produce. Enjoy!
