This stuff is OUT OF THIS WORLD! You can find the recipe in her "accidental country girl" recipe book :) Literally, I just about died when I found out how few calories it is compared to the portion size and the taste! Ingredients

    1 stick Butter, salted
    1.25 cup Granulated Sugar + 2tbs sugar
    1 cup flour self rising
    1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value
    2 cup Blackberries, fresh (can use peaches, blueberries, raspberries etc.)

Tips

Cook in individual baking dishes so you don't eat the whole thing at once :D


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease a 3- quart baking dish (or 9x13) with butter
3 .Place the stick of butter in a microwave safe bowl- heat for 30-45 sec (until melted)
4. whisk 1 cup of the sugar with the flour & milk in med bowl
5.whisk in the melted butter
6. rinse berries and pat them dry
7. pour batter into dish. sprinkle evenly with the berries on top of the batter.
8. sprinkle .25 cup sugar over the blackberries (YOU MUST SET ASIDE .25 OF THE 1.25 CUP BEFOREHAND)
9. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar over the top (sometimes I skip this step and just add it into the batter or over the top b4 I cook it)
