    5 oz Sea Scallops- Sams-1 oz
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Thaw scallops in cold water in a baggie or in fridge


cook approx 4 min each side on grill o in frying pan on stove, salt and pepper to taste , can use less oive oil on the scallops or add it to grilled asparagus - 5 oz is about 4 large scallops-
