Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 medium zucchini
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tsp olive oil
4 oz pasta
Directions
Heat olive oil, and cook onion. Add zucchini, spinach, and stewed tomatoes. Cook until zucchini is done. Toss with pasta. Serves abt 3.
