Ingredients

    250 gram(s) Dry Lo Mein Noodles
    400 grams Broccoli, fresh
    250 grams Carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    5 clove Garlic
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
    2 mL Fish Sauce
    .5 tsp Ginger, ground
    10 gram Siracha (by GYMRATLISA)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    250 grams Cabbage, fresh
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    25 grams Corn Starch
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Set noodles in wok, pour boiling water over them, and allow to sit for 30 minutes, or until noodles are flexible. Set aside.

Add olive oil to wok, and sautee onion and garlic on low until soft. Julianne carrots and broccoli stalks, and add them, while cooking, add shredded cabbage, increase heat to medium-high, add sesame oil and allow to heat up, add remaining ingredients except half cup of water and corn starch. Allow to cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until noodles are done as desired, adding water as needed. Add cornstarch and additional .5 cup of water and allow to cook until thick.
