Introduction

Easy peasy overnight breakfast casserole. It's really delish. Easy peasy overnight breakfast casserole. It's really delish.

Ingredients

    8 Frozen Hash Brown Patties
    4 cups Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1.5 cup Diced Ham
    7 Eggs
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt

Directions

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Place hash brown patties in a single layer in baking dish.

2. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.

3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4. Pour over ham.

5. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

6. In the morning, cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

7. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
