Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, Roughly around 2 lbs You can add more chicken just don't add more of the rest of the ingredients.

1- 32 ounce bottle of Ketchup

About 15 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

    1 tbsp Garlic powder

    1- 2 liter Diet Coke

1-2 Dashes of Salt ( Or to your Tasting)

1-2 Dashes of Pepper ( Or to your Tasting)

Note: You can Also Use Porkchops in Place of the Chicken but not as healthy of a meal.

Directions

This Recipe will feed 6-8 people Depending on the serving sizes used.

First put all the ingredients in one large pot, all but the chicken.

Next stir the contents thats in the pot to get it mixed up good.

Once the Mixture is mixed together well, put the chicken in the pot.

Bring everything to a boil, which will take a few mins.

Once you get things to boiling, bring the juices to a simmer and let it simmer around 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 mins. stirring it occasionally.

Once your simmer time is up you will probally need some sort of spoon that has a strainer or sifter on it to get the chicken out as the chicken will be really tender and will have a Barbeque Taste to it.

I hope everyone likes this recipe, if you do i will post more later.
