    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    3 over ripe bananas
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    Non-stick baking spray (not budgeted into nutritional information)


Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mashed bananas. Mix well. Sift flour and soda together and add to mixture. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins and mix well. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes to an hour (cooking time will vary depending on oven). Makes 10 modest slices.
