Introduction

Ingredients

    .3 ounce Yeast, bakers
    2.66 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Morton Salt
    1.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .25 cup Butter, salted
    3 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

To make the waffles , YOU NEED a WAFFLE MAKER MACHINE and if you prefer, a FUNNEL CAKE PITCHER {IT HAS A LONG SPOUT for pouring batter more easily!}.


Directions

1. Prepare waffle iron by spraying with no stick PAM spray.
2.Heat milk,water and butter til very warm ~120 to 130 degrees Farenheit.
3.Mix rest of ingredients ,including eggs, into bowl with the heated mixture. Mix well.
4.Pour from bowl {or I prefer a funnel cake pitcher for easy pouring } into heated and sprayed waffle maker.
5.Put lid down.
6. Machine will beep when ready.
7. Take out. Enjoy!
8. Repeat steps 1-7 9 more times.

Serving Size: Makes 10 5 to 6 inch waffles
