    1 scoop Designer Whey™ - Chocolate
    1/3 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1/2 Banana, fresh (frozen)
    1 Tbsp. Flaxseed
    2/3 cup, Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter, smooth style
    1/2 cup ice

Directions

Serves 2
