    1/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares,
    1 1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    2 large Eggs
    3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 fluid cup/2 cups whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water.
whisk in cocoa and heat stirring constantly until smooth
Whisk in the milk a little at a time and heat until completely blended. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Whisk eggs in mixing bowl until light and fluffy 1-2 min. Whisk in sugar a little at a time and continue to whisk. Pour in the cream and vanilla and whisk to blend
Pour chocolate mixture into ice cream mixture and blend. Cool for 1-3 hours
Transfer to icecream maker and freeze
