    2.5 cups white flour, 3tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar,. 3 cups diced rhubarb, 2 large eggs, 1 cup 1% milk, 1/4 cup oil, 2 tsp almond flavoring, 1/4 sugar for on top


Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, oil, milk and almond extract. Pour liquids over dry ingredients and stir to moisten. Fold in rhubarb. Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake for 20 minutes in 375 oven.
