Ingredients

    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 cup Salsa
    0.50 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    1 cup Beans, black
    1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin
    4 serving Salt, Kroger SALT IODIZED,1/4 tsp(1.5g)
    8 serving Pasta - Barilla Whole Grain Rotini 1serv=2oz=1cup cooked
    8 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

peel n seed pepper. dice onion.rinse beans. cook pasta al dente. thaw corn. may pan roast if you wish. add all ingredients and stir well to combine. refrigerate at least an hour for flavors to meld. garnish with green onions and black olives if you wish.(not included in nutritional info. )
