Introduction

Chinese food at home without all the fried calories! Chinese food at home without all the fried calories!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
    .125 cup Cooked Onion
    .5 cup, diced Celery, cooked
    1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    3 large Scrambled Egg

Directions

Cook cubed chicken until done, remove from skillet.
Cook rice separately according to the package.

In the large skillet or wok:
Cook onion and celery until soft.
Add peas and carrots until heated. Move all ingredients to one side.
Crack 3 eggs into opposite side of skillet and scramble until cooked. Mix in with the vegetables.
Add in the cooked rice and chicken. Pour on soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
