    Cabbage, red, fresh, 280 grams
    Carrots, raw, 6 carrot (7-1/2")
    Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb
    Ginger Root, 0.5 cup slices (1" dia) ]
    Cider Vinegar, 0.25 cup
    Sesame Oil, 0.75 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp
    *Sesame Seeds, 0.25 cup


Shred cabbage and carrots; slice apple thinly. For dressing: Blend ginger, vinegar, oil, sugar or Splenda, salt and pepper. Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet.

Combine cabbage, carrots, apple in bowl and toss with dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
