Ingredients

    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 serving Cashew - Raw, natural (1oz, 28g) (by TOMBYNUM)
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    2 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap
    30 grams Seaweed, spirulina
    2 serving 15 Icecubes (by JMR71198)
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    1 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)
    1 dash Salt

Tips

You can soak the ingredients first to make blending easier. Add flax and ice as the last ingredients after everything else is blended well.


Directions

Blend everything except the ice until smooth. Then add ice and blend to desired thickness.
