Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    2.0 tsp Honey Mustard
    1.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    0.25 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
    2.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    1.0 tbsp aunt sue's raw & unfiltered honey
    1.0 tbsp aunt sue's raw & unfiltered honey
    20.0 tbsp chicken n rib bbq sauce
    0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook chicken bbq ingredients ( chicken, bbq sauce , honey hot sauce and red pepper flakes) in pot over low heat for 30 minutes cool slightly and shred chicken. Apple slaw.. Slice Apple's in thin strips and place in medium bowl. Slice carrots with potato peeler ( watch your fingers) and place in bowl with carrots. In small bowl combine remaining slaw ingredients mix will then pour over Apple's and carrots mix will. Either you can eat this sandwich without bread or on whole wheat buns with added calories from bun Assemble.. Bun bottum chicken Apple slaw top bun Enjoy Serving Size: 3 oz chicken 1/2 slaw
