    Chinese Bak choy vegetable, 6 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 2 dash


1. Wash vegetables
2. Add oil to saucepan, wait until really hot before adding the vegetables
3. Add salt if desired

*can use leftover oil from other dishes to add more flavour to the vegetables.
**can cook like this with almost any other green vegetable. Use ginger or garlic if desired.

  • This is the only way I like to eat bak choy. I make this often, omitting the salt, with garlic and a quick squirt of lemon before serving. I will try tonight with the ginger - 3/9/13
