    .5 tbsp NaturAlmond Salt-Free Almond Butter
    1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
    1 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries
    3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Process until and creamy.
